Our drivers reserve the right to terminate service immediately if this policy is violated. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Sherwood Park Limo is not liable or responsible for the actions, conduct, or behavior of passengers inside or outside of the vehicle, including but not limited to any damages, disputes, injuries, or incidents that occur during or after the rental period.
Any unpaid or overdue invoices are subject to a late fee charge of 5% to 10% per week, applied at the discretion of Sherwood Park Limo. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid additional charges and potential service restrictions.
Any damages caused to the vehicle, equipment, or property by the party during the service will be the full financial responsibility of the person who booked the service. The full cost of repairs or replacements will be determined and charged at the discretion of Sherwood Park Limo.
Sherwood Park Limo is not responsible for any personal items that are left behind, lost, or damaged during the course of service. Passengers are encouraged to check for all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle at the end of their trip.
